The Classroom Setup



The Innovation Lab is a Multipurpose Space and Classroom. The 3 monitors can display 3 different inputs. The room is Hybrid ready with a Camera and ceiling Microphone. The Camera and Microphone are designed to work with the In-Room PC, not external Laptops.


Under each display, there is an HDMI Port you can plug individual Laptops into each port, then select the Laptop source for each display on the control panel, and display 3 different Laptops. You can also make a ticket and have someone from IT help with this setup.

Starting the System


Touch the touch panel to begin.

Using the Classroom Interface



Select the source that you want to share.







Select the display that you want your content to be displayed on. Each display can have an independent source. For example, you can have the laptop on Displays 1 and 2 and the in-room PC on the Interactive display. To Share the Interactive display (Main Screen) to screens 1 and 2 please share the Interactive display as your source.








Adjusting the Camera


Press Camera Control to adjust the position of the camera.


 




Audio Controls



The Source Volume Control will adjust any audio coming from the sources. You can adjust the Microphones by selecting Microphone controls. Note* Speech Master controls Web conferencing audio.


 Power off the system.





Note:

If a display does not show the source you selected, please select another source and then select the one you would like to display. You do not need to use all 3 screens, most classrooms have one screen this space is multipurpose.
