Using the Zoom Desktop & Mobile Apps

When logging in through the desktop or mobile apps. 

1. Select Sign In with SSO as the sign-in option
2. Enter your @upenn.edu email address in the Search Company Domain popup

Important note: depending on your device, the popup window may appear differently. 

For the popup window with Search company domain, enter your @upenn.edu email address. If it says Sign In with SSO, enter upenn before ".zoom.com"

Did you receive an error?

• Ensure you are signed out of all devices from your Zoom profile page and then try signing in using the instructions above.
